At LeBelle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Fragrances
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color (subject to availability). Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LeBelle cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
